ImTOO YouTube HD Video Downloader is a free video downloader. It allows you to download videos from YouTube.com and then play them on your media player. This tool doesn't ask you to paste a YouTube video URL like many other downloaders do. What it does is give you a fully functional web browser that you can use to browse YouTube.com and watch any video that you want. When you do want to download a video, all you have to do is click on the green download button on the menu bar, and the video will start downloading. You can add as many videos to your download queue as you want.

On the left part of the screen are your "playlists". There you will find videos that are being downloaded and those that have already been downloaded. At the bottom of the screen is a progress bar that shows how many download jobs are active, and what the current download speed is. You can see more in-depth details about the downloads from the downloads window, too.

All in all, this video downloader works great. It is absolutely free and it is the component that powers the YouTube converters by ImTOO and Xilisoft, among others.
